Contains correspondence, procedure manuals, meeting minutes, membership applications sorted alphabetically, program books, scientific papers, awards, ballots, subject files, and photographs of the James Ewing Society. Also includes materials relating to or created by James Ewing, including papers, diary entries, and a woodcut of his signature.

Contains Library newsletters Medical Library News (formerly Library News) and Library Communications, bibliographies of staff publications compiled by the library, brochures, journal holdings, correspondence, and audiocassette of farewell party for Librarian Allison Morrow.

Contains meeting minutes of the Memorial Hospital Board of Managers, as well as agreements, certificates, deeds of gift, grants, master plans, minutes and dockets of various committees, permanent files, and MH Annual Reports. Also includes agreements with and materials regarding the incorporation of the Sloan Kettering Institute.

Contains meeting minutes and dockets of the MH Medical Board (1912-1914) and correspondence (1900-1913) documenting some of the hospital’s daily operations. Also includes reports regarding x-ray work performed at MH, work done by the Huntington Fund, and a report to the Medical Board by the Committee on Radioactive Materials.
