Biographical / Historical
Brunschwig worked as Chief of Gynecology at Memorial Hospital and is known for his development of pelvic exenteration as a surgical prodecure to address certain cancers occuring in the pelvic cavity. His works include "The Surgery of Pancreatic Tumors", "Radical Surgery in Advanced Abdominal Cancer" and ""Complete Excision of Pelvic Viscera for Advanced Carcinoma."
